Description

The painting was made by Menno Vos in 2021: Menno was born in Dordrecht and lives in Apeldoorn. His art started with photography and his love for travelling. Menno Vos' travel photos have been published in various Dutch magazines. He still loves to photograph, but is now mainly an abstract painter. His inspiration is the people he meets, the images he sees and the emotions he feels while travelling. Menno's work is the result of his need to understand people, to immerse himself in them. It is colourful, has depth and is sometimes a bit mysterious. Menno has exhibited in New York (3x), Las Vegas, Lisbon, Rome, Turin, Madrid, Vienna, Hamburg, Strasbourg, Bucharest, Beijing and Tokyo. He regularly participates in art fairs, such as the ADAF and the National Art Days.
