This is a charming vintage hourglass, made of solid brass. It's not just any hourglass; it's a functional and decorative little hourglass for perfectly cooking an egg.
The hourglass is made of brass with a glass core filled with white sand. The design is clever: you can place it on a table or desk, but thanks to the recess at the bottom, you can also hang it on the wall. The engraved details, such as the egg in the egg cup and the stylized patterns, give it an Art Nouveau look. The 'MOD. DEP.' marking indicates a registered design, which emphasizes its authenticity.
The little hourglass measures 7.5x7.5x11 cm.
