Product description
This classic bookcase was manufactured by Meubelfabriek Oisterwijk, a well-known name in Dutch furniture history. The design is characterized by a robust, traditional form that emphasizes durability and craftsmanship.
The cabinet is made of solid oak with a warm, brown finish that beautifully highlights the natural wood grain. The piece features three open shelves at the top, ideal for displaying books or decorative objects. At the bottom, there are two doors fitted with striking black metal hardware, providing access to additional storage space. The construction demonstrates the characteristic solidity of Oisterwijk furniture.
Over the years, the oak has developed an authentic patina that contributes to the character of the cabinet. The overall condition is good, retaining the original finish and structural integrity.
This piece of furniture looks excellent in a classic or country-style interior. It offers a practical and stylish storage solution for a living room, study, or library.
