Product description
This set of two Bo-Niko wall lamps embodies the functional aesthetic of the mid-twentieth century. The design is strongly influenced by the principles of the Bauhaus movement, resulting in a minimalist and timeless silhouette that emphasizes clean lines and everyday usability. The conical shape of the shades gives the whole a streamlined and elegant profile.
The fixtures were manufactured in the 1950s or 1960s and combine a robust, cream-colored Bakelite base with an elongated shade of opaline glass. This specific combination of materials ensures a soft, diffuse light distribution that illuminates the surrounding space in an extremely pleasant way. The use of Bakelite, an early and durable type of plastic, is very characteristic of the European production period of that time and contributes significantly to the authentic, historical character of the lighting.
