Recycled Bat Nesting Box suitable as summer or mating residence for bats. In mild winters the box can also serve as a shelter. Made from typical used billboards for building sites in The Netherlands.

Bomdesign designed the Billbathouse from reused billboards of Finnish Birch multiplex. By reusing existing materials from our surroundings, the energy normally used for recycling, transport, and remanufacturing is saved. The beauty of the existing materials is incorporated into a new, surprising, and beautiful product handmade by the designers. Because each billboard is different, each bat house has its unique typographic design.
