Product description
Recycled Bat Nesting Box suitable as summer or mating residence for bats. In mild winters the box can also serve as a shelter. Made from typical used billboards for building sites in The Netherlands.
Recycled vleermuizenkast geschikt als zomer of paarverblijf. Bij zachte winters kan de kast ook als schuilplek dienen.
designed the Billbathouse from reused billboards of Finnish Birch multiplex. By reusing existing materials from our surroundings, the energy normally used for recycling, transport, and remanufacturing is saved. The beauty of the existing materials is incorporated into a new, surprising, and beautiful product handmade by the designers. Because each billboard is different, each bat house has its unique typographic design.
Dimensions: Depth 11.5 cm, Width 25 cm, Height 40 cm.
