Product description
This is a large ceramic vase, crafted in the Japanese Satsuma style. The piece is characterized by its detailed, hand-painted decorations and the distinctive crackle glaze, which gives it an authentic and decorative appearance.
The vase is made of ceramic and features rich ornamentation with polychrome enamel colors and abundant gilded accents. The color palette includes deep red, beige, green, and purple, forming a vibrant contrast. The decoration depicts traditional Asian scenes with figures, alongside floral motifs such as grape clusters and flowers. The stamp on the underside indicates that the piece was produced in China.
The overall condition of the vase is very good, retaining its bright colors and glossy glaze. The crackle effect is an intentional part of the Satsuma style and contributes to the object's character. The vase is structurally intact and presents itself as an impressive decorative piece.
With its considerable size and refined aesthetic, this vase is a striking object suitable for both classic and eclectic interiors. It can serve as a standalone art object on a console, dresser, or in a spacious hall, adding a touch of Asian elegance to the space.
