Elegant display case in Louis the 15th style, circa 1750.
Beautiful honey color mahogany.
Artfully carved stitch work in the hood and foot rail.
The lower case is double arched and the drawers have typical rococo hardware. (asymmetrical)
The inside of the drawers is made of fine quarter sawn oak.
The back is also of thin quarter-sawn panels.
The lock is original, a matching key is missing, I added an old key by way of a trigger. It fits the lock.
