ABOUT THIS DESIGN
The BD Barcelona Multileg Cabinet Lacquer, designed by the renowned Spanish designer Jaime Hayon as part of the iconic Showtime Collection, is a true artistic masterpiece. This exclusive Sideboard balances on the boundary between functional furniture design and contemporary art. The design immediately draws attention through the striking contrast between the sleek, high-gloss black body and the theatrically composed base of twelve striking, cobalt blue legs. Each of the dozens of leg models has a unique, sculptural shape that creates a new visual interplay from every angle.
What makes this specific BD Barcelona Multileg Cabinet Lacquer absolutely unique is that the cabinet was manually signed by Jaime Hayon himself at the special request of the original buyer. Where regular versions of these are signed, this particular BD Barcelona Multileg Cabinet bears a personal signature on the inside of the corpus. In addition, this rare collector's item comes with the original Jaime Hayon – Backstage documentation booklet, which completes its unique story and museum value.
