Diesis is certainly the most visually light sofa from the B&B Italia world and has long been a modern classic. At the end of the 1970s, Antonio Citterio and Paolo Nava took up the idea of cushions lying loosely in a steel frame, which had been established by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand.
We had the sofa in a large factory loft. Due to a new addition to the family, we moved to a bungalow, which doesn't have such spacious rooms. Unfortunately, the sofa no longer fits in. We are reluctant to give it away.
The sofa has the original cover. This is important for Diesis, because the sides of the upholstery are made of unusual, perforated leather, which gives the sofa a special elegance.All cushions and seats without cracks or damage, only slight scratches form a beautiful patina. The only damage: Under the sofa it is covered with thin bamboo wool cover, which is torn in two places. This is not visible during use or when cleaning. You would have to lie under it - it is only noticeable during transportation.
