The B&B Italia Charles sofa by the Italian designer Antonio Citterio (1950), designed in 1997, is already a true design classic and loved by many.
With the Charles, Citterio pays tribute to the design of the fifties and sixties: and in particular to the designer Charles Eames. With the idea that 'details make the design', he created a powerful and airy design with subtle details such as the high slim aluminum base in an L-shape.
Fabric is treated/impregnated with Guardian Protect.
In very good condition. Hardly any signs of use. Dust still completely tiptop. A very small stain on the fabric: see photo.
Purchased in 2012 at De Kastoor.
