Product description
This is a ceramic vase by the West German manufacturer BAY Keramik, a characteristic piece from the 1960s. The object, model 66-25, is a representative example of the 'Fat Lava' style, known for its expressive textures and bold colors. Design Bodo Mans.
The vase is executed in a vibrant orange-red glaze, contrasted with a thick, black lava glaze that forms a stylized floral motif. The inside is finished with a white glaze. This piece is an authentic vintage item from West Germany and adds a powerful color accent to a Mid-Century Modern or eclectic interior.
