Small sculptural wall vase by Bay Keramik, West Germany, presumably from the 1950s/60s.
The narrow, downward-tapering shape is designed with a glossy glaze in warm brown and delicate mint green, as well as a gold-colored rim. The V-shaped opening can be decorated with small dried flowers. Even without flowers, the vase acts as a characteristic Mid-Century wall object.
On the front is the preserved metallized Bay Keramik label with a crown. On the back, there is an integrated hanging opening and an embossed origin mark.
Good vintage condition. There is a small chip on the lower tip on the back. It is not visible from the front when the vase is hung. Watertightness has not been tested.
Dimensions: Height 15 cm, Width 6 cm, Depth 2 cm.
Weight: 125 g.
