ProfessionalProduct description
An elegant mid-century Scandinavian wall lamp designed by Peter Celsing, known as 'Band', for Falkenbergs Belysning, Sweden, circa 1960s. This refined wall-mounted lamp exemplifies the clean lines and functional sophistication associated with Peter Celsing’s work. Crafted in white metal, the design creates a beautiful balance between warmth and minimalism, while casting a soft and atmospheric light that enhances the surrounding space. Both sculptural and functional, the lamp serves as an elegant lighting solution for a living room, bedroom, hallway, or reading corner. Produced by Falkenbergs Belysning, the lamp reflects the exceptional craftsmanship and timeless aesthetic of Swedish mid-century modern design. Despite its age, the piece retains its original elegance and remains highly contemporary in appearance. A sophisticated and collectible example of Scandinavian lighting design from the 1960s. The lamp is newly re-wired with a black cord and is currently fitted with European (EU) plugs, suitable for Sweden and many other EU countries.
