An office job, or screen work is for many of us equal to sedentary work. Sedentary work where we actually sit at our desk continuously during the working day. Frequent and prolonged sitting and too little exercise have a negative effect on our health. Unfortunately, sometimes you just can't escape sitting. If you have to sit anyway, it is best to do so actively using a Balergo balance stool.
The Balergo Dynamic is our most dynamic balance stool with two unique built-in movement mechanisms. The first movement mechanism, like the Balergo Classic, is built into the seat. Among other things, it stimulates the core muscles and ensures a healthier active sitting position. The second movement mechanism is built into the design foot. This provides gross motor movements, stimulates the larger muscles in your body and has a positive effect on your leg muscles, among other things.
This dynamic balance stool was designed by our owner Paul Akkermans. As a healthcare technologist, he makes technology serve the human body. Paul knows that with an office job you almost can't escape sitting daily. The walk during your lunch is good and exercising twice a week promotes fitness, but the negative effects of prolonged sitting still cannot be compensated with a few moments of exercise.
