This pair of wall sconces, attributed to Ciani Florence, exemplifies the Brutalist aesthetic through its hammered bronze work. The design is distinguished by its organic lines and raw texture, characteristic of this artistic movement. Made of bronze, these sconces feature a hammered finish that catches the light in a unique way. Each piece is designed to accommodate two light sources, with cylindrical sockets resting on curved arms. The natural golden color of the bronze, combined with the patina of time, gives the whole a remarkable visual depth. These Brutalist-style bronze and brass wall sconces are attributed to the Ciani Florence workshop in Italy from the 1970s to 1980s. They are of very fine craftsmanship.
