Product description
TOP-DESIGNCLASSIX™ "Design classics, design and vintage furniture as new"
For sale is an original Danish TSM TARM Coffee tables made of solid teak, in "as new" condition!
OBJECT:
Coffee tables
Style: Scandinavian / Mid-Century
DESCRIPTION:
The table consists of a solid tabletop and two loop frames, which are connected by two horizontally arranged aprons. The tabletop is screwed to the aprons from below. It consists of individual teak segments, which are subsequently finger-jointed and then glued. The carpenter ensures that the individual segments are arranged in such a way that the natural tensions in the wood cancel each other out, thus guaranteeing a straight tabletop. The subsequently bevelled and rounded edges give the tabletop soft contours, consistent with the overall design.
The solid loop frame consists of four square profiles arranged at an angle, which are subsequently rounded to create soft transitions that, together with the warm-looking teak wood, harmoniously blend into the pleasant overall appearance.
MANUFACTURER / DESIGNER:
TARM Stole og Møbelfabrik (TSM), Denmark
MATERIAL:
Solid teak, oiled
COLOR:
Teak (dark brown with a beautiful reddish tint and natural color nuances)
Info...
The photos are highly exposed so that the 1a condition is visible in detail! Reddish tints become redder and colors generally become brighter. The shaded areas or areas not directly illuminated by the photo light best represent the natural color tones. Gloss in the photos or grayish or milky areas are also due to exposure or lighting (reflections). The surfaces are semi-matt to semi-gloss.
DIMENSIONS:

Condition:
Not much text is needed here, the furniture has been lovingly completely restored by the restorer using traditional and natural materials. The table is like new, technically and visually in excellent condition and has virtually no signs of wear. Especially on the tabletop, you will not find any of the often usual nicks and scratches. You will not only see but also feel the difference of our work compared to other offers!
