Special impression of Mona Lisa, stretched on a stretcher and fitted with a vintage wooden frame €1,295.00. Limited edition (25), signed by the artist. My copy is now for sale for €995.00.
Arturo (The Hague, 1954) feels connected to the modern zeitgeist. The revolution towards a digital society keeps him in its grip. He uses his experience and knowledge of digital media to break new ground. With the help of a computer and screen, his works become more conceptual; ranging from surrealist to abstract expressionist. Through his artistic quality he adds feeling to a medium - considered insensitive by many - and an old truth is reaffirmed: "The tool only becomes an instrument in the hand of the master." Where the painters previously brought dead paint to life, now the digitally working artist breathes life into virtual reality.
