About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
The Artifort Orange Slice armchair, designed by Pierre Paulin, is an iconic piece of Dutch Design. The playful silhouette, consisting of two identical shells, makes this model a beloved classic in the design world.
This version is upholstered in a soft salmon-colored fabric that provides a warm, inviting appearance. The base is crafted from chrome-plated metal, creating a sleek contrast with the organic shapes of the seat. The construction reflects Paulin's innovative approach in the 1960s.
The chair is in very neat condition and has retained its original charm well. The upholstery is taut (recently renewed) and the frame is structurally solid, ready for years of comfortable use.
This piece of furniture fits perfectly into a modern or Scandinavian interior and forms a subtle eye-catcher in the living room or reading nook. The soft color combines effortlessly with both neutral tones and richer materials such as wood and brass.
