Product description
The Mobilis is a chair by Marcel Wanders for Artifort. Designed in the 1980s.
The armchair can tilt from a lounge/reclining position to a more upright/sitting position. A very beautiful design.
Seating position: width 65 cm, height 115 cm, length 97 cm, seat height 36 cm.
Lounge position: width 65 cm, height 93 cm, length 118 cm, seat height 34 cm.
I bought this chair for a house where it looked great. In our new house, there's no room for this eye-catcher.
The armchair is currently in the bedroom. I thought it didn't have any stains. While taking a picture, I noticed a small stain. See the last photo. The original cushion is still included. However, the strings were missing. I had a bag maker make a leather strap with some elastic so the cushion can easily be raised and lowered and moved when the chair is tilted to the other position.
