Private sellerProduct description
The Artifort F588 lounge chair is an iconic design that perfectly captures the essence of the Mid Century Modern style. This specific model, with its distinctive organic lines and deep seat, is a sought-after piece for lovers of timeless design. The chair is upholstered in a rich, green textile fabric that is both soft and durable, and rests on a sturdy, chrome-plated metal cross base. The tufted seat and backrest highlight the craftsmanship and attention to detail for which Artifort is known. The combination of the green upholstery and the gleaming metal creates a striking contrast. This particular piece is in good condition, retaining its original character and functionality. The chair shows signs of use consistent with its age, contributing to its authentic vintage appearance. A small section on the side has been repaired (see photo). This lounge chair looks excellent in a modern or retro living room, or as a statement piece in a reading nook. The design combines effortlessly with both wooden furniture and sleek, contemporary interiors.
