Unused Artemide Tolomeo Mega LED floor lamp in black, designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina. The lamp has only been assembled and subsequently stored. It has not been used as interior lighting and is in excellent condition. The Tolomeo is considered one of Artemide's most famous designs. The original model was introduced in 1987. The Mega version combines the recognizable adjustable arms with a large shade. This black shade has a diameter of 42 centimeters, making it the largest version within the Tolomeo Mega series. The black frame is made of aluminum and features the characteristic cable balance system. The double arm can be adjusted in height and direction. This allows the lamp to stand next to a sofa, armchair, or table, while directing the light over the desired spot. The metal hinges, springs, and tension cables keep the construction in balance. This is the black Tolomeo Mega LED with product code 0762030A. The integrated LED module has a power of 31 watts, a warm white light color of 3000 Kelvin, and a light output of approximately 1,914 lumens. The light intensity can be adjusted as desired via the dimmer in the cord. The lamp is offered complete with a 42-centimeter black shade, adjustable double arm, vertical stand, round floor stand, and cord dimmer. The frame, shade, base, and hinges have a very neat appearance. The Artemide product label lists the production date as September 23, 2021. Due to its size and extensive adjustability, the Tolomeo Mega is suitable for a large living room, spacious seating area, workspace, or dining table. The slender frame visually takes up little space, while the lamp has a large reach. Thanks to the adjustable arms, the dimensions vary depending on the configuration. The maximum height is approximately 334 centimeters and the maximum reach is about 196 centimeters. The shade has a diameter of 42 centimeters and the round base measures 33 centimeters.
