Product description
This elegant Mezzachimera floor lamp/table lamp by the Artemide brand was designed in 1969 by iconic Italian designer Vico Magistretti. The Mezzachimera is the smaller brother of the famous Chimera lamp and exudes the same sculptural class, but in a more compact size.
The lamp consists of a wavy shade made of matte methacrylate that subtly diffuses light. The combination of indirect and diffused light creates a warm, atmospheric glow that immediately makes any room cozy. Perfect as an eye-catcher in the living room, bedroom or reading corner.
The lamp stands on a metal base and is in very good vintage condition (see photos). A timeless object that reflects Magistretti's simplicity and conceptual thinking - design that effortlessly stands the test of time.
