Elegant Art Deco desk from the 1930s with the softly rounded design language typical of Streamline Moderne. The compact body is made with beautifully figured walnut and burr wood veneer. The rounded side drawer blocks and the largely closed, flowing front design are particularly decorative. The slightly cantilevered and also rounded writing surface picks up on the horizontal lines of the furniture. The desk has a wide central drawer and several side drawers. In the lower central area, there is also a lockable compartment with a shelf. The decorative metal fittings create a beautiful contrast to the warm tone of the walnut veneer. Due to its comparatively compact dimensions, the desk is suitable both as a classic work desk and as an elegant standalone piece of furniture in living rooms or offices.
