This striking ceramic vase is a vibrant testament to traditional Belgian craftsmanship, specifically from the Keralouve pottery in La Louvière, Belgium. Rich in earthy reds, warm ambers, and creamy ivories, the vase features an intricate depiction of stylized birds, their feathered forms composed of geometric patterns that echo Art Deco influences.
A decorative band of triangular motifs wraps around the upper and lower portions of the vase, adding symmetry and rhythm to its rounded silhouette. The bird’s eye, accented with a turquoise dot, becomes a focal point that draws the gaze amid the mosaic-like detailing of the wings and body.
