Private sellerProduct description
This Art Deco tray, originating from Poland in the 1930s, presents a distinctive triangular form characteristic of the era's geometric design language. The piece serves as a functional decorative object, reflecting the period's emphasis on streamlined aesthetics. Crafted from brass, the tray features a raised, beaded edge that adds a subtle textural detail to its otherwise smooth surface. The gold-toned metal exhibits a natural patina, indicative of its age and history. The underside reveals three spherical feet, elevating the tray and providing stability. The tray remains structurally sound and fully functional, retaining its original character. The brass surface displays a significant, unpolished patina and areas of oxidation, which contribute to its authentic vintage appeal. This piece is well-suited for a variety of interior settings, from classic Art Deco environments to eclectic modern spaces. It functions effectively as a catch-all on a console table or as a decorative accent on a sideboard.
