Product description
This exceptional vintage table lamp combines classic Art Deco influences with a particularly decorative, almost sculptural design language. The large, hemispherical shade made of white opal glass sits on an elegantly curved metal frame in brass or chrome look. In the center, a polished metal sphere hangs like a small pendulum, giving the lamp its unmistakable character.
The interplay of the geometric frame, round glass dome, and the freely hanging spherical detail is reminiscent of designs from Viennese Modernism, Art Deco, and later historicizing design lamps. The opaque glass creates a pleasantly soft and even light, making the lamp suitable as both a decorative table lamp and atmospheric accent lighting.
