This five-arm chandelier, produced in Poland during the 1960s, exemplifies the enduring appeal of Art Deco style. The fixture presents a striking balance of geometric precision and graceful curves, making it a compelling focal point for a refined interior. Constructed from polished metal finished in a bright silver tone, the frame features a central tiered column from which five sweeping arms extend. Each arm supports a spherical white glass shade, designed to diffuse light softly and evenly across a room. The combination of reflective chrome and opaque white glass creates a classic contrast that highlights the architectural form of the piece. The fixture retains its original ceiling rose, exposing the historical wiring typical of its mid-century European origin. The chandelier remains in good vintage condition, preserving its structural integrity and original character. The metal surfaces display a natural patina consistent with age, while the glass shades are intact and free from significant damage. The historical wiring is present, though professional assessment is recommended prior to installation to ensure modern compliance. This elegant lighting fixture is well-suited for dining rooms, entryways, or living spaces that embrace classic or transitional design elements. Its timeless silhouette pairs seamlessly with both mid-century modern furnishings and contemporary decor, offering a sophisticated illumination solution with authentic European provenance.
