Product description
This unique sofa could be in the foyers of Tuschinski. Collectors item in very good condition. Colorful Jugendstil / Art Deco / Art Nouveau style. 2 person sofa with 2 loose cushions. In very good condition, even the most delicate fabric on the armrests. No holes, damages or stains in the fabric. Only top right is a very small damage in the wood (see last photo). Two different fabric motifs, velour, so with a nap (shown in the photos, especially the back. So these are not irregularities in the fabric, but the nap). On the fixed parts a fabric with small check in dark green / ochre / burgundy. On the seat cushions and the two loose cushions a pattern in dark green with lily in ochre and red. Exact age and origin unknown (obtained from inheritance, Amsterdam). Good, firm seat. Seat depth 54 cm.
