Elegant French fish service consisting of fourteen pieces, presented in its original box covered with decorative orange paper. The set includes six knives and six forks, accompanied by a matching server and serving fork. It was manufactured around 1935 to 1940, in the heart of the Art Deco period. The cutlery is made of quality silver-plated metal, as evidenced by the '90' hallmark, and features a restrained decoration inspired by the Art Deco style. Fine fluting accents the handles, which are finished with a small stylized shell adding a touch of discreet elegance. The box, with its red velvet-lined interior, perfectly highlights the service and testifies to the care taken in presenting these sets intended for formal dinners. It retains all the charm of French tableware from the interwar period. Some minor usage scratches and light marks on the box are visible, consistent with its age.
