An elegant 1950s modernist dining table, crafted from dark precious wood veneer, specifically Macassar ebony, offering refined lines and a striking architectural presence.
The subtly curved tabletop features a graphic marquetry design composed of light-colored stringing that creates a geometric pattern with softened angles, typical of post-war modernist decor.
The table is equipped with two retractable side extensions, allowing for easy transformation of the seating area (up to 239 cm in length) while preserving the room's aesthetic when folded away.
It rests on four tapered legs in black lacquered wood, finished with gold-tone metal sabots, adding a touch of sophistication and a distinctly 1950s character.
A gold-tone metal ring also highlights the top of each leg, reinforcing the verticality and elegance of the design.
