Product description
This is a very beautiful Art Deco statue with the mirror, made by Portuguese artist M. Pinto of biscuit porcelain in style of Giuseppe Armani. In fact, it is a copy of one of his "Ladies".
Giuseppe Armani (1935–2006) was an Italian sculptor and artist renowned for his highly detailed ceramic figurines and sculptures, particularly his elegant ladies in Art Deco style. His artistic style was characterized by realistic features, anatomical precision, and intricate detailing, making his work highly collectible.
He made several versions of "Ladies", each in a limited edition of circa de 5000 pieces.
Our version of the Lady is made of biscuit porcelain and stands on a wooden base. Behind the Lady there is a new moon, which holds the mirror. The mirror is removable. It is adorned with an engraved floral design and is labeled Juliani.
