Art Deco vase in pressed-moulded glass
Round vase with a narrow neck, made of pink moulded glass with a satin matte finish achieved through an acid treatment characteristic of French Art Deco glass from the 1920s-1930s. The rounded body is adorned with a relief decoration of festooned draperies tapering to a point, each bordered with a fringe of moulded beads — a motif of garlands very representative of the Art Deco decorative repertoire.
In good condition with usual signs of use and age. A small chip is noted. Height 20 cm. Diameter 18 cm.
