About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
This Art Deco era desk is a characteristic piece by the German manufacturer WK Möbel, made of wood. Its symmetrical and robust silhouette is emblematic of interwar design, highlighting quality materials and solid construction.
The desk features a double-pedestal structure with a central drawer. The fronts of the pedestals are adorned with an expressive burr veneer, creating a visual contrast with the rest of the furniture. One of the pedestals is equipped with internal drawers, while the other offers storage space with shelves, combining aesthetics and functionality. The manufacturer's mark is visible inside, attesting to its origin.
In its original condition, this desk has retained its period finish and structure. It bears the marks of its history, giving it an authentic patina and certain charm. The whole is functional and testifies to the quality of WK Möbel's manufacturing.
This centerpiece is ideal for a home office or workspace that appreciates historical furniture. Its distinctive style integrates well into both classic decor and a more eclectic interior, bringing a touch of timeless elegance.
