Product description
Armchair, "Orsay" model, designed by Gae Aulenti in 1975 and produced by Knoll International. ( Graphic structure in glossy burgundy lacquered metal, characterized by its continuous uprights with rounded corners forming both the base and the armrests. Seat and backrest combined in a shell with soft lines, entirely upholstered in cognac leather, creating a particularly elegant contrast with the deep hue of the structure. A design typical of Gae Aulenti's work in the 1970s, blending architectural geometry, generous curves, and attention to materials. The "Orsay" model is part of the Aulenti Collection developed for Knoll. (Dominique de Paillerets) 3 units available — sold individually. Good overall vintage condition, with traces and marks of use consistent with age, notably some small losses to the lacquer and leather. DIMENSIONS: Armchair 57cm width x 50cm depth x 80cm height. Additional details: - Brand: ULTRA GALERIE - Style: 1970s - Material: métal laqué - Colour: bordeaux - Colour: cognac - Period: 1970s
