This is an original artwork on paper by the Dutch artist Anton Heyboer, created in 1988. The work, titled 'Untitled', is a characteristic example of Heyboer's expressive style and belongs to his well-known series featuring chickens as a subject.
The piece is executed in a mixed technique, with acrylic paint applied to paper measuring 73 by 83 centimeters. The palette consists of primary colors such as blue, red, and yellow, combined with powerful black lines that define the abstract form of the chicken. The spontaneous and dynamic brushstrokes and paint splatters are characteristic of Heyboer's work from this period.
The artwork is in very good condition and is professionally framed in a light wooden frame that complements the colors and texture of the paper. The provenance of the work is the art lending institution SBK in Amsterdam, which adds an interesting history to the piece.
Due to its lively composition and size, this work is a striking accent in various interior styles, from modern to eclectic. It can serve excellently as a focal point in a living room, study, or hallway.
