Antique English Windsor Veranda Chair (c. 1870–1900) – Yorkshire Craftsmanship
This rare antique Windsor veranda chair from the period 1870–1900 is an exceptional example of English craftsmanship and makes a valuable addition for lovers of authentic antique furniture. The chair is carefully crafted from a combination of yew and ash wood, materials known for their durability and elegant appearance. The refined and characteristic woodcarving is typical of the Duchy of Yorkshire, a region internationally known as a major center for the production of original Windsor chairs in the 19th century.
This original English Windsor chair found its way to the Netherlands via 4 Kingdom, a highly exclusive furniture store in London, which further underscores its provenance and exclusivity.
