Product description
Antique washstand in solid pitch pine & white marble top Internal reference Colmar 8 - CO08 Description / context Let yourself be charmed by the authentic appeal of this antique washstand, fully restored and carefully adapted to become a unique and elegant basin unit. This piece is crafted from solid pitch pine, a noble and very dense softwood originating from North America. Massively imported in the late 19th and early 20th centuries for fine carpentry, pitch pine is distinguished by its tight grain, extremely graphic, and its natural resin richness which gives it great durability. The unit is topped with its original veined white marble top, equipped with its backsplash and moulded returns. The front drawer is enhanced by a white ceramic melon knob. Work carried out Stripping and sanding: Carefully stripped and hand-sanded to reveal the original beauty of the wood. Wood finishing and protection: Protected by a natural hard oil finish. This finish deeply nourishes the wood, highlights its warm honey tone, and ensures excellent moisture resistance for bathroom use. Marble restoration: Polished and lustrous marble. Contents of the offer and options Usage: Basin unit ready to install. Drilling: The marble top is pre-drilled to accommodate a countertop basin and the plumbing (standard drillings). Storage: 1 functional front drawer and a lower shelf providing additional storage space for your linen. Included accessories: The price includes the basin, tap, and waste. Options: Possibility to sell the unit alone without accessories at a reduced price and with a shorter lead time. Measurements Width: 70 cm Depth: 41 cm Height of the top: 84 cm Delivery Shipping costs: Please contact me before placing an order to calculate the exact delivery costs based on your geographical area.
