We present this spectacular antique solid poplar wardrobe, crafted in Italy in the early 19th century.
Its dimensions make it incredibly versatile. Free from excessive ornamentation, it stands out for its simple, clean lines that reflect the restrained elegance of the Empire and Directoire periods. The poplar wood, with its stunning grain and warm hue, radiates a sense of coziness and historical authenticity. Its imposing presence is softened by delicate, simple moldings on the door panels, a pronounced cornice, and shaped feet that add a touch of elegance and lightness.
Functionally, the interior is fitted with a single shelf (additional shelves or a hanging rail are currently missing). The interior layout can be customized to suit your needs: we can add shelves or a hanging rail, but please let us know before placing your order.
The wardrobe is in excellent condition, showing only minimal signs of wear consistent with its age. The interior is lined with paper that may show some signs of wear; however, we can arrange for its replacement prior to purchase.

Delivery is made via a wooden crate, dropped off at the curbside entrance; any handling required after delivery is your responsibility.
