Product description
We present this elegant antique Italian dresser dating back to the second half of the 18th century, the Louis XVI period. This extremely refined dresser, whose features suggest it was crafted in the cabinetmaking workshops of northern Italy, is a testament to its elegance and refinement.
Crafted from fine solid walnut, its linearity perfectly reflects the taste of the era, which sought perfection through extreme elegance and refinement, often without decoration. Functionally, it features three convenient drawers at the bottom. Its rarest feature is the upper drawer, where the flap opens to reveal a perfect surface for quick writing or consulting documents. Inside, you'll find four small drawers. You can certainly consider placing this exquisite dresser in any room of the home and enhance it by pairing it with a beautiful painting or a beautiful mirror. Wherever you choose to place it, it will become a focal point, admired and envied by all your guests. Its elegant simplicity also makes it perfect for both classic and modern furnishings.
The dresser is in excellent condition. A conservative restoration has been carried out, enhancing its aesthetic qualities without erasing its historical past.
Such an imposing chest of drawers is certainly a masterpiece of cabinetmaking: add it to your antique furniture collection. We can arrange worldwide shipping; please contact us for further information.
