Product description
Very pretty antique molded transparent glass candle holder, circa 1930-1950, featuring an elegant twisted stem and a wide, slightly flared hexagonal base. The molding work is clean, with a nice play of volumes and a slender silhouette in the late neoclassical taste, typical of French and Central European glass productions from the interwar period. 22cm high, base approximately 10cm in diameter and opening diameter for candle 2.5cm. Very good general condition, some rare and discreet marks of time including a small burst bubble on the stem, discreet and only visible in grazing light, light white film inside the foot, very thin. Approximately 400gr.
