Product description
This antique step sewing machine by Frister and Rossmann from 1872 is a beautiful, 153 year old, rare and unique collector's item. It is a numbered copy ( Berlin no. 23773) and is still completely complete with the original Dutch commonly used instructions and ALL accessories, loose parts and correspondence. Personal warranty ( 1872 with stamp) on the 1st page of the " Instructions to the treatment of sewing machines 2-6 ".
The machine is in functional condition, there has been a factory repair to the base (see photo) and the drive belt has been replaced.
The unit exudes an authentic vintage charm and is perfect for lovers of antique sewing machines or as a decorative piece in a historic interior.
