Antique servant of the Royal Household, dating from around 1900. This is a unique piece of royal household history, including the Military Household and other dignitaries. The name cards feature several well-known figures from pre-World War II Dutch history, including Mr. C.J. van Schelle and Baron van Lijnden, Grand Master of the Royal Household. The set also includes three pushbuttons, one of which is missing a knob, a working bell, and a rotary dial. This set likely originates from the former Noordeinde Palace in The Hague.
