Private sellerProduct description
Renovated antique solid wood storage cabinet.
This provincial storage cabinet, probably late 19th early 20th century, captivates with its elegant lines; a marriage of its delicate moldings and geometric friezes.
This piece was acquired from an antique dealer in the 1970s in Charleville Mézières to furnish a house in southern Belgium.
The furniture has been carefully cleaned, sanded and stripped of its many layers of wax. It has also been fully treated against wood-boring insects.
The exterior has been reworked in a deep shade between aubergine and plum, then protected with a colorless wax for a durable finish.
The interior, meanwhile, has been protected with a wax cream, suitable for daily use.
A wardrobe section and two shelves allow for storing clothes or household linen.
The storage cabinet can also be adapted to your needs (interior layout possible on request).
This storage cabinet will find its place in a bedroom, an entrance hall, a living room or a spacious kitchen and will become the centerpiece of your interior.
A piece of furniture that is both practical and full of character, which will fit into any interior!
