Particularly beautiful and characterful antique English folding table / card table from the Regency / early William IV period (circa 1820 - 1835). Crafted in beautiful warm mahogany with a grain pattern. When folded, the table serves as an elegant console table or side table. When the top is rotated a quarter turn and unfolded, a spacious playing surface inlaid with green felt/cloth and a handy internal storage compartment is revealed. Features & Details:

Base: Ribbed central column on a quatrefoil plinth with claw feet
Finish: Wood carving with acanthus/palmette motifs on the corners
