Product description
A very beautiful antique wooden pencil box (pen case). A nice piece of nostalgia from school days of old (approx. 1930s - 1950s). This box has a special two-layer design. The top lid slides open, after which the entire top layer can be rotated sideways to reveal the bottom layer. The sliding lid features an atmospheric, original vintage print (lithograph) of children playing with a football, hoop, and scooter.

Condition: In beautiful, lived-in antique condition with a wonderful patina. The mechanism still works smoothly, and the print is still very visible for its age (see photos for details).
