Product description
Old round hollow serving dish in Terre de Fer from the Longchamp earthenware factory, polychrome "Pâquerettes" model, very rare, old late 19th early 20th century circa 1890-1910. Magnificent romantic, bucolic Art Nouveau decor of daisies, foliage, grasses and scrolls in dark pink transfer, delicately hand-enhanced with shades of fuchsia pink, mauve, nuanced green, yellow and brown. The rim is slightly scalloped.
30cm in diameter, 4.9cm in height. Very good general condition for its age, noting some small internal cutlery scratches and slight natural surface crazing in areas, discreet. Approximately 800gr.
