Product description
Here is an authentic antique French notary desk, entirely made of solid wood. Its distinctive silhouette is defined by a double inclined top and generous proportions, characteristic of this type of historic professional furniture.
Made in France, this desk features robust construction. The dark stained wooden plank top contrasts with the black painted base, creating a sober two-tone effect. It is equipped with two front drawers and two large storage compartments accessible by lifting the tops, offering considerable functionality and workspace.
The piece is in good general condition, bearing witness to its history and past use. The wood has developed a rich and deep patina over time, and the visible signs of wear only add to its authentic character and vintage charm.
This desk can serve as a centerpiece in a home office, a unique console in an entryway, or a characterful table in a living room. Its rustic and classic style allows it to blend harmoniously into traditional, industrial, or eclectic interiors.
We can deliver ourselves within France; quote upon request.
