Product description
Beautiful antique corner bench produced in 1940s Czechoslovakia. This handcrafted two-piece corner seating set is made from solid oak wood and features a warm rustic character with beautiful aged patina. The two benches meet elegantly in the center to create a charming corner arrangement (not perfectly matching), ideal for farmhouse, country, cottage, rustic, or traditional interiors.
The bench was painted white at some point in its history, giving it a distinctive timeworn appearance. The reverse side remains unpainted, revealing the natural look underneath. Visible signs of age, wear, and patina are consistent with its age and only enhance its authentic vintage appeal.
The set consists of two benches of different lengths. Viewed from the back, the right side measures 166 cm in length, while the left side measures 149 cm. Seat depth is 33 cm and seat height is 49 cm.
A wonderful statement piece with timeless Central European craftsmanship, perfect for adding warmth, character, and history to any interior.
