Product description
distinctive clover-leaf (trefoil) shaped top, richly decorated with engraved floral and scroll motifs. The table stands on three beautifully turned barley-twist legs, connected by a solid understructure that provides excellent stability.
Crafted in hardwood and dating to the late 19th century, this piece reflects the historicist revival style popular at the time. The underside construction, visible in the photos, shows traditional joinery and original hardware, confirming its authenticity and period craftsmanship.
The table retains a deep, original patina, with surface wear and marks consistent with age and use. A visible line along the top is age-related and part of the table’s natural history. The structure is solid and the table stands firmly.
