Water jug, pitcher, or jug, made of copper covered in brass. Originating from India, handcrafted, probably from the 19th or 20th century. Good condition, with some marks and corrosion, a slightly convex base, and an antique patina. Please refer to the photos. Traditionally, this is a Kalash or Kalasha, placed near the entrance as a sign of welcome, for receiving important people, or during rituals. It is also a beautiful collector's or decorative piece, serving as a pot, vase, or container. Dimensions: Diameter at the base 10.5 cm, at the center 20 cm, at the opening 11.2 cm. Height 18 cm.
